Abstract: This article examines the integration of disparate crew management systems following a major airline merger, utilizing enterprise architecture principles and distributed systems concepts. The implementation of a unified Flight Attendant Operating System demonstrates how architectural frameworks facilitate complex system integration while enhancing operational efficiency. The article employs microservices, API-driven integration, and real-time data synchronization as key factors in achieving seamless interoperability between legacy systems and modern platforms. Findings indicate significant operational cost savings, reduced manual errors, and improved crew allocation processes, presenting valuable insights for similar large-scale integration initiatives across industries undergoing digital transformation.
