Post-Personalization: Designing Ethical Predictive AI Systems for Autonomous Brand Interfaces in a Hyper-Personalized Economy
Keywords: Autonomous brand interfaces, AI-mediated personalization, algorithmic negotiation, cooperative AI systems, ethical predictive marketing.
Abstract: The article in question investigates the new paradigm of autonomous brand interfaces where an artificial intelligence will be the main negotiator of the personalized consumer experience. With the emerging nature of AI agents that are learning to operate on behalf of consumers, new ethical frameworks are being challenged and necessitated on the traditional marketing frameworks like never before. The article also provides possible solutions to how marketing automation will have to change in such a scenario where a customer is the AI, which is how they can be made fair and transparent in their relationships. It examines the shortcomings of previous methods of audience segmentation in the face of hyper-rational filtering agents and proposes principles that can be used to design cooperative artificial intelligence systems that provide an ethical resolution to the conflict between company and consumer. The article handles issues of doing other than technical requirements, legislative issues, and transition management. Through an exploration of this essential transition of human-centric to AI-mediated personalization, this article leads to a new pattern that may guide its organizational management, which is to reckon with in a new scenario in which algorithm-to-algorithm commerce will become mainstream, and the fact that ethical consideration should also go hand in hand with technical innovations.
