Abstract: The integration of distributed search tech with AI and deep learning has changed how higher education institutions handle data management and analytics. Elasticsearch has grown from being a simple search engine to a platform that solves key problems in educational data processing. It lets institutions handle increasing amounts of data while keeping fast query response times. Combining this tech with machine learning algorithms enables many applications, such as personalized learning systems that change to fit each student's needs, predictive models that find students who are at risk of dropping out, and knowledge management systems that use Natural Language Processing to understand relationships in school content. Plus, using AI chatbots and sentiment assessment systems builds support systems that offer help to students all the time, while also giving insight into how good the institution is. These tech improvements are a major change in how education works. They move from reacting to situations to using data to guide decisions, which improves both administrative work and academic results through automation and real-time processing.
